in shop Drop off your unit at our shop and let one of our service technicians fix it for you. We are nicely stocked and happy to professionally serve you.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Bring your Cleaned and Bagged SANIFLO pump unit, along with a general idea of what was the problem? Ex: Won't Stop, Goes on & off, no action, no sound, etc...

WHAT WILL HAPPEN: Your unit will be professionally inspected, a service agent will then contact you with a quote of repair or replacement options. It will then be up to you, whether to repair or replace the unit.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Make sure your unit is cleaned, bagged and packaged securely in a well padded rigid box. We are not responsible for damaged goods. In the event of a loss, you will be notified, and sent digital pictures for courier claim processing. Please note: All units should be bubble packed in a rigid box ideal for long travel. For self contained system such as the Sanicompact and the sanistar, do not ship the Porcelain(toilet bowl). Please only ship the motor. We do not accept Porcelain (it usually arrives broken).

On site - Let us ship it Need parts or a pump for repair or replacement? We're nicely stocked. Parts, Pumps and Repair kits can be shipped out overnight. Before you know it, your system will be back at work.
